I was a "tad" disappointed in the service that I received. Upon the return of my keys, I specifically asked if washer fluid was added? Michael Koester stated "All fluids get topped off". When I got home, I was surprised to find that the washer fluid bottle was still half empty. If all fluids get topped off, shouldn't the washer fluid bottle have been full? I added my own to the fill line. I would have driven back to the dealership, but the car did just get washed for me, which I was very pleased with. This vehicle is the first Terrain that I have leased, that I have had to add washer fluid to. Some process must have changed within the last two years with the technicians(?) I messaged Michael, provided him a photo, and he did apologize after I let him know of the issue. He offered to fill it for me the next time I got low. I was pleased with his response. While waiting for my vehicle to be serviced, I did run into my salesperson Andrew Witte. He is always so pleasant to talk with.

Oil change and balancing the tires were fine but there were marks left on the aluminum rims from the socket used to tighten the lug nuts and I feel this should be fixed. This was on all 4 tires.

I inquired about a vehicle on a Saturday evening, not expecting to hear back until Monday morning, however Alex reached out Sunday morning. The vehicle I inquired about had just been sold, but Alex verified that they had another coming in and I was able to put a deposit on it. I had a very short deadline which I needed the vehicle by, and after the vehicle I was waiting for seemed to be a bit delayed, Alex went out of his way to find another vehicle exactly like the one I was waiting on. He arranged the transfer of that vehicle to Lynch and had the extra options I wanted installed and ready for me to pick up within 2 days. Overall just a great experience. I would recommend Alex and the Lynch team to anyone in the market for a GM.

You have a sign that says "Over Communicate" in your service department. If that is between your employees, fine. If it is for your customers you should cover it immediately. $200/ hour for labor? You may charge "an automatic hour" for reading computer codes but to say it actually takes an hour is a lie. An "automatic 10% up to $40 for 'supplies'"? Where is that communicated? Also, unless it was donut day in the shop there is no way there were $35 of "supplies" used installing a new battery. Most places will install a battery for free when you purchase the battery. 3% credit card charge? Ever since Lynch became a megacorporation they have forgotten everything they used to know about customer service and how to treat people. I stopped buying cars from Lynch after 25 years because of the sales methods. Now, nearly $600 to diagnose and install a new battery? Done with service too. It's a shame. Lynch used to be about people. Not anymore and not for a long time.

My brand new 2025 GMC Canyon had a check engine light after only 1800 miles. My sales rep got the truck in in one day and the team determined it was a faulty crank case pressure sensor. The truck that I purchased has a shudder that comes and goes. The tranmission goes from smooth at times to gear-hunting. While in cruise control on brand new roads at highway speeds, the truck shakes and shudders enough that my wife and I both noticed it on a recent trip up north. The service team said they could find nothing wrong with the truck, and they could not replicate the problem. i suggest a test drive with me to clarify the issue.

My Supercruise is worse now than when I brought it in and my phone continues to disconnect from my truck. When I called Dan, in service, to schedule an appointment to bring it back in, I was told that they will look at it again but there might be anything that can be done because the mechanic performed all of the updates that were available. If this is what I have to put up with after purchasing a $90,000 truck, I will begin the buy back process. I am not happy at all with this vehicle!

I went in for a 7,500 mile oil change and tire rotation as well as a slow leak noted in one of my tires. I asked them to check it out before any warning lights came on, and they were able to locate it and plug it. After my work was completed and I was driving home, I noticed the “park” and service light for the parking brake both lit. I pulled over to check the manual as I had never seen these warning lights before! After doing all that the manual instructed without correcting things, I called the dealership and was offered another appointment, but I couldn’t drive a week with those warnings visible, so I called my service manager directly. He told me to come right back in (only a couple blocks away) and he located the problem - a disconnected plug during the tire rotation. That is the kind of service I expect from a dealership who wants my loyalty, and from the Buick brand I have relied on for the past 30 years.

He alleviated the few concerns that I had by telling of his experience - or that of his customers and service techs. I had originally planned to look seriously at a competitor of GMC, but did not due to the professionalism of Andrew vs "the other guy." To summarize, it is the 7th vehicle that I have purchased in my lifetime, and is the first thoroughly positive experience. I'll be back.

Found a coupon that I could use. Only $50. But better than nothing. The only thing I'm not to happy about is. I changed the water pump once on this car. So I know what it takes. I feel the.price was pretty darn high for this. I only did it because I needed it done and I didn't have the time.
